Weekly Photo Challenge: Threshold the Second

Snorkeling and free diving is one thing. Seeing a cave beyond the strong surge of currents and waves and saying “Let’s swim through it!” is another thing.

The best part of living on a boat at an anchorage [in paradise] is the ease of access to instant adventures.

…and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel – oh joy! It’s even better with good friends (such as Jan and Nikk from RainbowSpinnaker and Crystal) along with the promise of a beautiful sail “home” under a perfect sunset. And wine. One cannot forget the wine!

*the term home is used loosely when it refers to an ever changing anchorage.

  1. Ok, now I’m jealous and envious.
And happy at least someone I know is in Paradise Adventure Central.

  3. I’m very jealous. The only water near my home at the moment are the puddles 🙂

    1. Oddly enough, I no longer feel in paradise. We’re currently in San Diego. How did it ever happen in my brain where San Diego was no longer associated with paradise???

p.s. if washing the dishes in the sink makes my brain feel like my hands are soaking in a hot tub, then those puddles can become the Pacific ocean to you! 🙂

      1. I keep reminding myself of the days I lived in Greece, it was 45 degrees outside everyday and I would have given my right arm for a couple of hours of rain 🙂
